What counts as an API call?: Each request to a REST, GraphQL or MCP endpoint counts as one API call. Batch requests (e.g. screening 10 vessels) count as one call per vessel. Webhooks received by your system do not count.
What happens when I hit my limit?: We use a hard cap (HTTP 429). Your integration gets a clear response and can retry next month. No surprise overage charges, ever.
Can I change plan mid-month?: Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades apply at the end of your current billing period.
Is there a free trial?: Every paid plan includes a 14-day free trial. No credit card required to start. The Free tier is available indefinitely with 50 API calls per month.
Do you offer enterprise pricing?: For organisations needing custom SLAs, dedicated infrastructure, higher volumes, or SSO/SCIM, contact us at [email protected] for a tailored quote.
What payment methods do you accept?: We use Stripe for billing. Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and SEPA Direct Debit are all supported. Annual billing is available on request.
